A universal consumer onboarding framework designed to scale across 200+ countries, supporting multiple locales and languages. The system was built for easy management, allowing seamless updates to features, business logic, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Played a key role in the development of a universal consumer onboarding application using React/Redux and NodeJS, significantly enhancing the signup process across all application channels at PayPal.
• Devised an innovative script that streamlined the scaling of the onboarding application to over 200+ countries, adapting to diverse locales and stringent compliance requirements.
• Ensured the onboarding application supported configurable email and phone verification flows, providing a flexible and user-friendly experience.
• Championed the reusability of the onboarding application, resulting in substantial time savings and consistency in consumer interaction across multiple channels.
